Notes and Tips

Substitutions:

  • Alfredo sauce: if you’re short on time or ingredients you can absolutely use a jar or store bought alfredo sauce instead of making your own. Just skip steps 1-3.
  • Broccoli: you can substitute the broccoli for fresh spinach if preferred.
  • Lasagna noodles: use oven ready noodles if preferred, I would just recommend using a half to one more cup of alfredo sauce to be sure theres enough moisture to cook them fully. You will also want to cover the dish with tin foil before baking so the moisture stays in the pan to cook the noddles.

How to Store and Reheat Your Leftovers

You can store your leftover alfredo lasagna in the fridge for 4-5 days in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven for in a glass container covered with tin foil for 15-20 minutes.

You can freeze leftovers in a ziplock bag for up to three months. Allow to thaw in the fridge for a day before reheating.
