- russet potatoes
- butter
- milk
- salt
- parsley
- oregano
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- black pepper

How to Make Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes
Peel and cut potatoes into fourths. Put in a saucepan and add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil then simmer uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

While potatoes are cooking, beat butter with seasonings until smooth and creamy.

Drain water from potatoes and mash with potato masher or electric hand mixer on low speed. Beat in butter mixture until melted then add milk. Mix until potatoes are smooth and creamy.
