These Greek Burgers are great for those who love classic Greek flavors. It also serves as a great opportunity to introduce some different veggies that you don’t usually see on a burger, like cucumbers and fresh spinach. Feel free to add on any of your other favorites like kalamata olives.

Using crumbled feta cheese adds even more flavor too, and while it won’t get melty like your standard American cheese, it adheres to the mayonnaise on the bun very well. Speaking of the mayonnaise, my husband mixes some Greek salad dressing into it before spreading it on the bun and it added another layer of flavor, he recommends trying it!

Greek Burgers are a great option for your next grilling session. The flavors are so atypical of what you usually find on a burger but it works so well. For a delicious cookout meal, try serving these burgers with Homemade French Fries and Classic Broccoli Salad.
