Lemon Drop Martinis are incredibly simple to make and it’s easy to make a large batch if you need it. You can easily whip up this drink in 10 minutes and enjoy right on the spot. This recipe provides a well-rounded balance of ingredients that makes it neither too sweet nor too tart but you can adjust to fit your taste. We also enjoyed coating the rim with lemon juice and dipping it in sugar, it provided a little more sweetness and it really gives it that restaurant-quality feel.

Making these Lemon Drop Martinis doesn’t have to break the bank either. Find a vodka that fits your budget, the citrus flavors and simple syrup is what makes these signature drinks. You can easily make your own simple syrup instead of buying some at the store too, all you need is to add sugar to boiling water and let cool; it’s that easy! That must be why it’s called simple syrup! No matter how you make it, you’ll be refreshed and relaxed in no time.
