French Crepes

Bring some pomp and splendor to your morning with these thin, elegant French Crepes! With just one bite of these fluffy delights, you will be transported to a premier Parisian cafe.

You can enjoy them in the morning with fresh berries and some powdered sugar. Or save them for dessert, covered in your favorite chocolate or raspberry sauce.


– flour – eggs – sugar

In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs and milk together until well combined. Sift in the flour and sugar then mix until smooth.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour batter in the middle of the pan and spread in a thin circle. Allow to cook for 30 seconds then carefully flip and cook another 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and continue until all the batter is gone.

Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, chocolate or nutella drizzle.
