–fresh berries –graham cracker crumbs –cream cheese –eggs –cornstarch –greek yogurt
Set the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together graham crack crumbs, sugar and butter and pack into the bottom and sides of a round springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, greek yogurt, lemon juice, and cornstarch and beat until smooth. Beat in one egg at a time.
Combine berries in a large mixing bowl and coat with remaining cornstarch. Gently fold into cheesecake batter, careful not to crush the berries.
Pour the mixture into the crust. Wrap the springform pan tightly in tin foil and place in a water bath in the oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
