These sweet and spiced Nutmeg Cookies make the perfect addition to any Christmas cookie platter. Made with beautiful stamps, they taste just as good as they look!
- butter - brown sugar - flour - nutmeg
Beat together butter and brown sugar until well combined. Add in egg and beat until smooth. Slowly mix in flour, nutmeg and baking soda until well combined. Chill for at least 1 hour but no more than 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Form 1 inch balls or use a cookie scoop and place them evenly spaced on the cookie sheet. Stamped each dough ball with a lightly floured cookie stamp. Bake for ten minutes then remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack.
