In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Meanwhile in a small bowl whisk together eggs and milk.

Pour egg mixture into the skillet and allow to cook for 30 seconds.

Add in ham, green pepper, tomato, and onion. Mix until well combined then allow to cook for 2-3 more minutes until eggs are mostly cooked.

Turn off the heat then add in cheddar cheese and mix until melted. Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
